Return Policy
- You have a 30-day window to return items from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
- For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging intact.
- Certain items are not eligible for return. This includes perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items that cannot be returned include
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please avoid sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as:
- Books showing clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us
- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

- After we receive and check your returned item, we'll send you an email to confirm its arrival. We'll also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
- If your refund is approved, the refund process will be initiated, and the refunded amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a 2 to 3 days.

- Check your bank account once more to confirm if the refund has been credited.
- Contact your credit card company as it might take some time for the refund to be reflected on your statement.
- Reach out to your bank, as there could be a processing period before the refund is credited to your account.

Sale items (if applicable):
Refunds are only available for items sold at their regular price; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
